Saigon is often described as a city that never sleeps, defined by a constant sense of motion that carries through both day and night. This energy is shaped by a continuous background of activity — neither loud nor quiet — a subtle rhythm formed by creativity, movement, and everyday life.
Drawing from this atmosphere, Xôn Xao Studio developed a showcase that invites connection, dialogue, and engagement with contemporary art following an extended period of disruption.
“XON XAO” IN SAIGON is a graphic design showcase integrating augmented reality technology, featuring the participation of over 25 local and international creatives working across various disciplines. The exhibition reconstructs the image of a dynamic and evolving Saigon through visual language, technology, and spatial interaction.
Through multiple creative perspectives, the city is reimagined as a layered narrative — vibrant, unexpected, and deeply rooted in local culture.
Huỳnh Minh Thống’s works in the exhibition reflect the contemporary rhythm of Saigon — a vibrant, at times chaotic way of life, yet one that is deeply distinctive.
